Precision Metal Fabrication

Unfreeze Asia turns raw metal into finished, camera-ready parts—fast. From fine-gauge brackets to 3-meter server racks, we cut, form, machine and finish steel, aluminium, titanium and more, delivering robust housings and chassis at a fraction of plastic-tooling cost for small- to mid-volume runs.

Quality Control Services

Unfreeze Asia is your embedded quality team in South China: we pull random samples at your supplier’s dock under AQL rules, seal them, and move them to our own accredited lab for impartial testing—so results can’t be massaged by the factory.
